Free Images - Images are available to download free directly from our website to use on your personal website. Please send us an email letting us know the image you are using.
A link crediting Photographer TJ Tierney will need to be placed beside whichever image you use. Please paste and use the following code:

Using an image on you website without a crediting notice is a breach of copyright and a fee of €150 will be charged.
Commercial Usage - a standard rate of €150 per year applies. Please send us an email letting us know the image you are using. An invoice will be sent to you through PayPal.
All images have a digital water mark.
Ordering Images - If you would like to order an image please contact us. We will email you our price list. Once you select your image we will issue you with an Invoice through PayPal.
Payment - All payments are made through Paypal, which is a secure on-line payment service, trusted by millions worldwide. Paypal is a subsidiary of E-Bay. Customers do not need to open a Paypal account to buy images, you can buy through Paypal without opening a Paypal account.
Pay by Mail - (Cheque/Money Order) Alternatively you can place orders without using your credit card on-line. Orders are accepted by mail. Place your order by e-mail, then mail your cheque or money order to: Golden Irish Light. TJ Tierney. Cloughaleigh, Golden, Cashel, Co Tipperary. Ireland . When payment is received your order is then processed .
Postal Policy - images are delivery free of charge to all parts of the world. All images are posted using ID traceable International Registered Post. Please note you'll be asked to sign for your image/images on delivery. We use this postal system to provide security for our customers and also for our own security purposes. This also ensures a speedy delivery. Your order can be traced online at all times at your request.
To ensure quality, all images are mailed in postal tubes for protection. All images are posted within 7 working days of purchase.

Delivery of Prints: All prints will be delivered to the address supplied by you during the order process. Time for delivery is a best estimate. It may take 3 - 4 week depending on your location.
Refund Policy - At Golden Irish Light we guarantee everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, images must be returned within 40 days of receipt and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.
To return your image please pack it in the original tube. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
Return payment will be made when images are received. If an image is damaged in transit, please return it to Golden Irish Light and a new image will be despatched immediately.
